Caroline Wright

As a painter, musician, and dancer, I’m interested in color, sound, and movement translating each other. I paint in response to the space in a piece of music, the light at a certain time of day, the impetuous or tentative movements of my body that precede thought. I incorporate accidents for their freshness, excited by things I don’t understand.
